Would you like us to help you plan your next trip? We can help you fine tune your plans, help you choose hotels, pick sightseeing tours, or, if you prefer, plan the entire trip for you.
We offer competitive prices for designing a custom itinerary, whatever your destination. Our rates vary depending on how involved you'd like us to be. For example, to plan a complete 2-week European trip for a family of four, including flights, hotels, rental car, and a custom day-by-day itinerary to help you choose sights and restaurants, we charge $995. This is in addition to itinerary expenses such as flights, hotels, tours, etc.
Here's how it works:
- We start by discussing with you the destination(s) you are interested in, the duration of your trip, and the approximate cost of your trip. At this point, we require a 20% deposit of our trip planning fee.
- Next, we develop your custom itinerary, working with you to fine tune it to your liking.
- Once you've approved your itinerary, we make the necessary reservations, including flights, hotels, tours, car rental, and restaurants using a credit card number you provide. Once this is complete, we request the remaining 80% of our trip planning fee. We provide you with a complete itinerary (which includes confirmation codes for all reservations, day-by-day itinerary pamplet, etc.).
- The week before your trip, we will provide packing advice and answer any remaining questions you may have.
- If, during the trip, you'd like us to help you make changes to your plans, we can help for an additional fee.
