Vietnam Travel Guide
Updated 2006
I spent about four weeks
traveling around Vietnam - seeing the sights, visiting tourist attractions, and
getting off the beaten path. Hanoi (in the north) was my favorite city.
It's a bustling,
fun, crazy city with lots of exotic sites. You can sense the impact communism
had here, and witness first-hand the changes that capitalism is having as money
and the free market roll into town. Heading south, there are beautiful
beaches where you can spend the day luxuriating in the sun, interacting with
local people and visiting amazing temples.
