Chef Mavro 1969 S. King Street 808-944-4714
Delicately using fresh Hawaiian produce and meats to produce dishes
reminiscent of Chef Mavrothalassitis Marseille origins is no easy task, but
it's one that is executed on perfectly here. A fresh take on Hawaiian
Cuisine, and one that you will not soon forget.
Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas Restaurant row, 500 Ala Moana Blvd.
808-533-4476
This hot new restaurant presents a Hawaiian take on the small dishes
trend. Expect to find dishes like Portugese sausage pot
stickers and seared yellowtail.
Nico's at Pier 38 1133 North Nimitz Highway (808-540-1377
Nicos is decidedly not fancy (in fact, you'll eat off of Styrofoam plates)
but fish doesn't get any fresher than this! Located across the street
from the docks, the chef can walk across to choose his fish each day.
Expect expertly cooked dishes like seared ahi or grilled swordfish.
